- these products are very concentrated so very little is needed, we’ll cover how much is needed for each product so nothing goes to waste
- tips and hands-on instruction for how to make this a ritual that’s tension-melting, depuffing, and uplifting
- a full write-up of what we did in order to easily continue it at home
