A Pioneer in Wholistic Esthetics | Rooted in Connection, Guided by Flow

I’ve always been fascinated by the skin - not just as an organ, but as a mirror of the nervous system, emotions, and how we experience the world. That fascination became a career. But over time, it evolved into something deeper: a way of helping people come back to themselves.

As a licensed esthetician with over two decades of experience in holistic skincare, I’ve seen how unresolved tension and emotional stagnation manifest in the skin. Early on, I realized that true skin health requires more than topical care - it requires slowing down, tuning in, and tending to the body as a whole.

My background includes advanced training in lymphatic drainage, somatic bodywork, and facial rejuvenation techniques rooted in Eastern and Western traditions. But more than credentials, it’s been my own lived experience - healing from years of dissociation and chronic dysregulation - that shapes how I hold space.

This work is not performative for me. It’s not trendy. It’s the result of decades of practice, presence, and learning how to feel safe in my own skin. Now I support others in doing the same.

I also carry with me the imprint of the teachers who helped shape this path, most profoundly…

Jade Adkins, who profoundly shaped my somatic focus through her presence and training, and still does to this day. Her teachings continues to guide how I listen, touch, and hold space.

Gay Lee Gulbrandson, my Vodder lymphatic drainage teacher, who passed on not just technique, but the depth, subtlety, and precision that this method requires.

Anne Bramham of ASTECC, whose holistic approach to esthetics taught me to see the skin as intelligent, responsive, and deeply connected to the nervous system. Her standards for integrity and precision continue to inspire my practice and teaching.

And Dr. Ping Zhang of Nefeli, whose pioneering books on facial rejuvenation inspired me during acupuncture school—and who later invited me to teach gua sha for estheticians under her mentorship, closing a sacred circle in my journey.

Their influence lives in my hands, my rhythm, and in every session I offer.

I don’t approach the skin as something to fix.

I approach it as part of the whole person - alive, expressive, and deserving of care that honors its intelligence.

I created this space for those who are ready to reconnect with themselves.

Not just to look different, but to feel more like themselves again.

My Training & Approach

Rooted in decades of hands-on experience and continued study, my work draws from:

  • 25+ years in wholistic skincare and facial rejuvenation

  • Advanced training in Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and facial massage therapies

  • Ongoing study in somatic bodywork, fascia release, and embodied healing

  • Graduate-level training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, including 2.5 years in a Master’s program focused on internal medicine, herbs, and diagnostics

  • Applied hydrotherapy techniques rooted in European spa wellness traditions

  • Extensive hands-on experience in supporting vibrant skin aging, with an emphasis on restoring flow and function

  • Creator of the Signature Face Massage for Laurel Skin, developed in alignment with their whole-plant skincare philosophy

What unites all of it is a deep respect for the body’s intelligence, and a belief that the skin heals best when the whole system is supported.
