astecc aroma reflex - face and body aromatherapy session

This is a treatment I've long wanted to learn from ASTECC. Most definitely not like the MLM essential oil treatments by the same name. This session includes advanced holistic massage modalities.

​A popular option at the Montage spas and the Grand Del Mar (both also trained by ASTECC), it is difficult to describe, but can be transformative to experience. One of my favorite treatments to give and to receive, and my newest offering (trained in 2019).

​Drawing from Eastern diagnosis and constitutional analysis, this aromatic inspired, intentional touch therapy explores the skin’s reflex action and the telltale signs of distress of underlying tissue which may compromise the integrity and vitality of our skin.

This treatment involves manual lymph drainage + connective tissue massage of the face and back, reflex palpation, and organic aromatic essences.

This is a subtle, yet deeply profound, deeply relaxing, light touch therapy. It decongests, the tissues, restores flow, and regulates the body's biorhythms. Additionally, it often serves as a medium for new insights, a fresh perspective, and quiet resolve.
